Watch: Spring King Unleash Music Video For "City"

Manchester indie rockers Spring King have unleashed the video for their newest single "City".

The song is part of our current playlsit ans is taken from their frothcoming new EP 'They're Coming After You', set to be released on April 20th via Handsome Dad Records. Pre-order  your copy here.

The video was directed by Chloe Little, who explains: "The concept was primarily inspired by the Alan Sillitoe short story ‘The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner’, but through a few nods to Patty Hearst and Gloria Steinhem it soon became known by it’s working title ‘The Loneliness of the Feminist Bank Robber’. I wanted to capture the confusion of belief and action through this sort of weird choreographed psychedelia, where our character desperately wants to follow through with what she thinks she believes in, but is in some constant internal battle between how she looks, how she feels and what she really wants."

Spring King Announce New EP 'They're Coming After You', Stream "City"

Manchester indie rockers Spring King have announced they will release their new EP titled 'They're Coming After You' in April.

The 5-track EP, recorded, mixed and produced by Tarek Musa, and mastered by Robin Schmidt at 24-96 Mastering, will be out on April 20th on Handsome Dad Records in UK/EU as well as the first single of a Double A on Mermaid Ave / Mom & Pop out in the U.S.A. on February 24th.
