GONE Releases New Single "Out Of Time"

French techno producer GONE has released his new single "Out Of Time".

The song is out now through Enchanté Records, it was composed, performed, produced, mixed, and mastered by GONE and follows the release of ‘Control’ as well as his debut EP Sources.

The heart races through an unrelenting storm of rhythm while thunderous basslines crash overhead. GONE’s very own vocals strike white-hot against a backdrop of strobing synths, pulling the listener deeper into a landscape of echoing memory. Like staring up at the night sky, ‘Out Of Time’ perfectly balances light and dark tones to evoke a sense of something greater.

Speaking of the single, Gone tells us: “I recorded the voice during my studio live session and it was raining outside. The meaning of the lyrics is a secret, somewhere between space and a dark love story. Am I out of time?"

The Velvet Hands Air New Single/Video "Holiday In My Head"

London based rock n' roll/garage band The Velvet Hands have aired the video for their new single "Holiday In My Head".

The song was recorded at Cube Studios Cornwall, produced and mixed by John Logan and Jamx Jules, and is the first single from their forthcoming second album due for release late 2022. Get it here.

Speaking about it, guitarist Dan says; "“It’s based on our own experience of the doldrums of being skint, working your arse off to be able to afford a postage stamp sized flat, only to have to shave in the kitchen sink because the landlord won’t fix the one in the bathroom. Take that and then put it in lockdown, it felt like the walls were closing in — very claustrophobic. You can’t escape to anywhere apart from your own daydreams. The song is an anthem of escapism in the modern era”.
