Watch: Sea Girls Share Music Video For "Closer"

UK indie rock/alt band Sea Girls have shared the video for their latest single "Closer".

The song is part of our current playlist and came out last month (July 12), grab it here. Speaking about it, guitarist Rory Young said, "The song came together in a backwards fashion in a hotel after our debut European gig in Barcelona. It was originally written as an electronic track about being far away. Replacing the synths with guitars back in London gave the track an absolute new lease of life"

New Entry: Leisure Club Premiere New Single "Strange Times"

Vancouver, BC indie rock/pop five-piece Leisure Club have premiered their new single "Strange Times".

The song "is ultimately a song about running into adversity in a relationship and finding a way to move forward and make it work. “I’ve found a way to stay” leaves it open to interpretation as to how that’s actually accomplished, however, the focus of the song is on the intent rather than the action. “I’ve been losing track of us now” speaks to a willingness to accept responsibility for a part in the decline of a relationship (with a subtle underpinning of a desire to change it). What’s a better tool at our disposal to correct an off-course relationship than a strong commitment to do so? “Strange Times” would argue there isn’t one."
