New Entry: La Mécanique Unleash "Extravague (ULTRA SUNN Remix)"

Canadian coldwave/post punk/darkwave band La Mécanique have unleashed the ULTRA SUNN Remix of their song "Extravague".

The original version is taken from the album "L'oubli des Origines", released in February this year. Grab it here.

Formed in 2016 by Francis Nothingwater, La Mécanique found its origins in the humid depths of Montreal's cold dark alleys. Their sound relies mainly on powerful and heavy synth vibes, reminiscent of the early 80's goth rock genre.

“I wrote this song about how I was feeling like my life was a bit like one of those nightmares where you’re at school with no pants except I used the metaphor of being on set and forgetting all of your lines (because it felt less silly),” the band’s Caleb Harper explains. “I guess it’s about anxiety but also just having no idea what I’m doing even though I want it to look like I really do.”
