Watch: Jogger Drops New Single/Video "Bitte halten Sie mich fest"

Berlin bedroom-rock/post punk new solo project Jogger (aka Florian Nikolai) has dropped the video for his new single "Bitte halten Sie mich fest".

The song is taken from his forthcoming debut studio album 'BRD Noir', which will be available on May 22 through CUT SURFACE. Get it here.

With lofi sounds and scratchy guitar riffs, it is reminiscent of Neue Deutsche Welle, New Wave and Postpunk. Ambivalence runs through all the lines and melodies of Jogger’s forthcoming debut album „BRD Noir“, which he produced in his own four walls in the current bedroom pop style. The lyrics open up a place where everyone is welcome and where togetherness is determined by diversity and free thought. The album leads to a symbolic pub that gives the listener the feeling of never being alone with their doubts between bar noise and euphoric wishes. Here we are as we are, always wanted to be and never have been.

Watch: Sacred Skin Premiere New Single/Video "No Surprise"

Los Angeles new wave/post punk/synth pop duo Sacred Skin (aka Brian Tarney and Brian DaMert FKA Second Skin) have premiered their catchy new single "No Surprise", and its accompanying music video.

UPDATE 21/03/2022: "No Surprise" is our new Single of the Week!

Formed in the Spring of 2020 by friends Brian Tarney and Brian DaMert, Sacred Skin balances between new wave heartthrob royalty—akin to Talk Talk or The Fixx—and glittering, emotional post-punk.

Their use of vintage gear, namely the Sequential Prophet VS and the EMU Emulator II, retains a vintage, yet polished, studio feel that is unique to their style alone.

The duo's debut album "The Decline of Pleasure" brims with hope and brings the listener back to a more innocent and carefree experience, as we boldly move forward from the era of isolation. It will be out out this spring via NYC label Synthicide.

Watch: STEREOSKOP Unleash New Single/Video "Hazel Eyes"

Spanish post punk/dream pop/synthwave duo STEREOSKOP have unleashed the video for their new single “Hazel Eyes”.

The song, accompanied by an electronic remix from Spanish producer Lexvaz, is taken from their forthcoming new album “Silk” which will be released on April 1st via Reptile Music. Pre-order your copy here.

The sound of  the duo  oscillates somewhere between analogue synthwave and shimmering dreampop – precisely elaborated by Alex Brujas (Guitars, Synths & Drums) and Susana Egea (Vocals & Synths).

Their musical influences range from Vangelis to Cocteau Twins to New Order and John Carpenters’ soundtracks, while their lyrics show inspired from Sci-Fi and romantic literature of the 18th Century. As a result, “Silk” is predominated by lush reverie and opens the door to a cosy dreamland in a world gone mad.
