Watch: Sam Fender Shares New Single/Video "All Is On My Side"

Newcastle indie rock musician Sam Fender has shared the video for his new single "All Is On My Side".

Sam's words: "This is one of the oldest songs I have, it didn’t make the album. I’ve played it for 5 years and wrote it when I was a baby. It’s always been a fan favourite at shows."

The video was directed by Jack Whitefield, who Explains: "The film was shot entirely on 16mm and 8mm film stock then edited partially by hand using a 1979 Steenbeck editing table. This allowed me to choose specific scenes, remove them from the reel of film and deface them with scratches, tape, holes, and create hand made transitions between scenes.”

New Entry: PVA Premiere Debut Single "Divine Intervention"

London post punk/dance trio PVA have premiered their addictive debut single "Divine Intervention".

The song will be out digitally on 20th December and available on limited 7” on Jan 17th with a Christmas Dub as B-Side by Savage Gary via Speedy Wuderground.

UPDATE 16/12/2019: "Divine Intervention" is our new Single of the Week!

PVA are Josh Baxter (keys/vocals), Louis Satchell (drums) and Ella Harris (vocals/keys/percussion), they formed at a house party two years ago.

About the track, Ella Harris says: "'Divine Intervention' is about getting lost in memories and past experiences, coming to resolution within yourself and growing from these experiences to be a fuller, more rounded version of yourself. It's very cathartic being able to contrast these personal, quite sad at times lyrics against such an upbeat track - the euphoria of dance music cures all."
