Watch: The Garden Reveal Music Video For New Single "Stallion"

Orange County indie rock/punk duo The Garden (aka twin brothers Wyatt and Fletcher Shears) have  revealed the video for their energetic new single "Stallion".

The song is taken from their upcoming new album 'Mirror Might Steal Your Charm', which will hit the stores on 30 March via Epitaph Records. Pre-order your copy here.

Speaking of the video, the band said: “The song itself is a refers to a build up of aggression and discontent with one’s self and how carrying that heavy weight on your back leads to more problems. The video portrays a slightly different image for certain reasons, but gives off a similar feeling to the message of the song. It follows the struggle of a young business man who is consumed with the desire to flaunt his currency and act a fool. Haunted by a demon he cannot see, he tries to find ways to deal with what he truly is”.

Watch: Jo Passed Release Music Video For New Single "MDM"

Vancouver indie rock/noise pop/alt band Jo Passed have revealed the video for their new single "MDM".

The song is taken from the band's forthcoming debut album 'Their Prime', set to arrive on May 25 through Sub Pop Records. Pre-order your copy here.

The nicest thing anyone has ever – ever – said to Jo Hirabayashi, frontman of Jo Passed, is that his band's debut album sounds like “fucked-up Beatles”.

Their Prime does sound like fucked-up Beatles. It sounds like Lennon and McCartney discovered Can and Neu!, and maybe a little Sonic Youth and XTC along the way. It demonstrates that timeless knack for dreamy melodies – chord progressions that sound like they were created in a land far, far away. Lyrically, however, it’s imbued with a philosophical longing for answers to questions that have resurfaced for the first time since the explosion of counterculture in the late 1960s and early 1970s.

The video was directed by Eleanor Petry. Watch it below.
