Franz Ferdinand and Sparks Form New Supergroup FFS, Preview 'The Domino Effect'

Scottish indie rockers Franz Ferdinand have announced they have joined forces with L.A.'s '70s art-pop band Sparks to create a new supergroup called FFS.

The newly formed group will perform a series of live dates in Europe this summer and they are working on an album with acclaimed indie rock producer John Congleton, who has previously worked with the likes of St. Vincent and Modest Mouse.

FFS have released a short video previewing a song called "The Domino Effect", watch it below alongside the gig details.

The most recent Franz album 'Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action' came out in 2013, while Sparks released their most recent effort 'The Seduction of Ingrid Bergman' in 2009.

Watch: Empires Unleash "How Good Does It Feel" Music Video

Chicago based indie rock band Empires have unleashed the video for their latest single "How Good Does It Feel".

The song is part of our current playlist and is taken from their forthcoming EP of the same name, which will be released on June 17th digitally and on super limited edition 10" vinyl. Get the single here.

It will also feature on band's third studio album 'Orphan', produced by John Congleton (St. Vincent, Modest Mouse), and will be out later this year on Chop Shop/Island Records.
