Single of the Week August 22/2016: Neon Lines "Flowers"

Our new SOTW this week is "Flowers", the lovely new single by French electro pop/rock band Neon Lines.

Comprised of Michael Pierrel (vocals), Christian Ohrel (lead guitar), Gary Huck (drums), Michael Dodin (bass) and Lionel De Fontenoy (keyboards/samples), the quintet have electic musical influences Met at the corner of a studio, they hit us with their worldviews, on electro arrangements full of pop.

Cambridge indie pop, shoegaze band Tape Runs Out have dropped the video for their newest single "Friends".

Cambridge indie pop, shoegaze band Tape Runs Out have shared their new single "Friends".

The song is taken from their forthcoming debut double A-side single 'Friends'/'Flowers', which will be out on March 30 via Ear to Ear Records, and you can pre-order it here. The band will release their debut LP later this year.

Watch: Traams Reveal Music Video For "Flowers"

Chichester post punk trio Traams have revealed the video for "Flowers", taken from their upcoming debut album 'Grin', which will be released on 16th September through Fat Cat Records in the UK and 24th September in North America.

The song is part of our current playlist. You can pre-order your copy of Grin now from iTunes.

The album was recorded throughout 2012 and 2013 with producers Rory Atwell and MJ from Hookworms, and features eleven tracks, one of them is Flowers.

Sulk To Release Debut Album "Graceless" In April

SULK have announced they will release their forthcoming debut album 'Graceless', on 15th April via Perfect Sound Forever Records.

After playing several shows in 2012 across UK, the band went back to studio in April 2012 to continue to work on their debut album, which already had been recorded and produced by Ed Buller. This time they collaborated with Marc Waterman, who's previously been working with acts like Ride, Elastica and Swervedriver. The album was later mixed by Jonas Verwijnen and Antti Joas at Kaiku Studios in Berlin.

Watch: SULK Share "Flowers" Video

London based five piece, SULK have shared the video for their single "Flowers", set to be released on April 1st through Perfect Sound Forever.

The song is taken from their upcoming debut album and was Single of the Week on Kool Rock Radio in November 11, 2012, of course is still part of our current playlist.

Single of the Week 12/11: SULK - "Flowers"

British band, Sulk just dropped "Flowers", their brilliant latest single taken from their forthcoming debut album.

With strong influences of bands such as The Stone Roses, Suede, Ride and The Verve, SULK it's been a favourite band here at the station since last year, they peaked at #9 in our Best New Bands of 2011 chart and their songs "Wishes"  and "Back in Bloom" (both produced by Suede, Pulp and White Lies collaborator Ed Buller) charted in our top 40 of Best Tracks of 2011.

The band's awaited debut album is scheduled to be released early next year. They are currently working on the artwork, track list and title. We will keep you updated.
