Watch: Tripwires Share Music Video For "Shimmer"

Reading space-rock band Tripwires have revealed the official video for "Shimmer", taken from their upcoming new album 'Spacehopper', out on June 17 (UK) / June 18 (US) via Frenchkiss Records.

The album was recorder at the Rare Book Room studio in New York, with the man behind albums from Deerhunter and Animal Collective, Nicolas Verhnes.

About the video, singer/guitarist Rhys Edwards explains:

“We really liked the idea of building a room out of tin foil, but somewhere down the line we got bored of that. We then decided to get a load of people to come down and rollerskate around the set. That was a lot less lonely, and a lot more fun”.

Pre-order 'Spacehopper' now on iTunes.

Watch: Legs Unveil "Rounded Edges" Music Video

Oakland-based dream pop five-piece Legs have unveiled the video for "Rounded Edges", taken from their recently released debut album 'Pass The Ringo', out via Loglady Records.

Named after their fathers' mutual love for Tina Turner, Jeffrey Harland and New Zealand native Matt Bullimore began Legs in a cold, concrete practice space in West Oakland, California during the winter of 2011. While remaining a personal recording project for a year, the pair busied themselves finishing a batch of songs informed by their love of jangly guitar pop dispatched during the early 80's by labels like flying nuns and creation records, with some simple chord progressions and rudimentary drum beats filtered through the haze of obsolete reverb units and dirty tape machines; vocals float, cymbals crash and guitars scratch. With the help of many friends and the addition of vocalist Amelia Adams, the group put together their debut LP.

The video for "Rounded Edges" takes a look at news footage of the falling of the Berlin wall. Watch it below.
