According to the band, Kool-Aid "is about a feeling of restlessness wherever you are. It comes from being obsessed with New York City and all the music, art and film that has come out of it."

New Entry: Sugarmen Release New Single "Sold"

Liverpool indie rock/post punk quartet Sugarmen have released their rockin' new single "Sold".

The song is the first single from the forthcoming debut album, recorded at the famous Parr Street studios and is due later this year.

The band have just got back from helping Man and The Echo on their own cross country jaunts and putting together new cuts set to debut on their forthcoming outings.

They’ve already shared stages with Sleaford Mods, Hooton Tennis Club, Deer Hunter, Metronomy and British Sea Power as well two Hyde Park shows with Blur and The Who. 

Sugarmen are Luke Fenlon (vocals/guitar), Chay Heney (guitars), Tom Shields (bass) and Sam McVann (drums).
