Speaking about it, the band said: “Pairing up with our tour buddies, Yellow Brain, we covered ‘Isolation’ by Joy Division, straight out of quarantine! The song was literally passed all around the houses with one band member adding to it before sending it on to the next. We chat all day everyday online and always have, we started collecting clips of us and our friends trying to stay connected whilst we’re all physically apart. We’re adapting to this new way of being close, like spending hours on the phone when you’re a kid.”

PINS Announce New LP 'Hot Slick', Stream "Ponytail"
The follow-up to 2015’s Wild Nights will be out May 29 via their own Haus of Pins label, and features their recently released singles Hot Slickt (produced by Jamie Hince of The Kills), Bad Girls Forever (produced by Rich Woodcraft) as well as their new track "Ponytail". Pre-order your copy here.
According to the press release, the vibrant album is filled with neon synths, loud guitars, and cheeky melodies that mirror the group’s new boldly-hued imagery and create the sound of a girl gang refreshed and amplified.
Rich Woodcraft oversaw the entire project as producer and engineer, while Jamie Hince and Dean Horner contributed additional production and Nathan Saoudi of Fat White Family lent his talents on the keys. The resulting album highlights an expanded soundscape with nods to influences such as Soulwax, LCD Soundsystem, Suicide, and New Order.

PINS Announce New EP 'Bad Thing', Share Teaser Video
Manchester post punk, noir pop band PINS have announced that their new EP titled 'Bad Thing', will be out on March 24 via House Of Pins.
The debut track from the record is "Aggrophobe" (due out on 31 January), a new collaboration with Iggy Pop, who told: "I’ve got a session with a bunch of girls from Manchester called PINS. They sent me a good song and they’re looking for a narration in it, and I liked their music and their picture, so I’m doing that.”
The EP's music was recorded and produced by Mark Vernon, and is available to pre order on LTD edition 12" pink vinyl now here.
