Primitive Heart, the synth-pop project by multi-genre producer & visual artist Dani Mari has dropped the video for her new single "Colours".

The sophomore album “Colours” was co-produced by Rosana Cabán (Psychic Twin, Cosas Cosas) and features remixes by Jorja Chalmers (Italians Do It Better) & Chasms (Felte).  Audiences across the world have gravitated towards Dani Mari’s beautifully haunting voice and simplistic elegant lyrics. Dani Mari’s ethereal vocals "seemingly casting a spell" and transport listeners to an era of nostalgia which exists within the depths of her soul.

Canadian synth wave/minimal synth/shoegaze duo Violentene (aka Roland Marckwort and Dani Mari) have unveiled the video for their catchy single "Frozen Heart".

Melting dark 80s synthwave, shoegaze and ethereal vibes seamlessly under Dani Mari’s glittery vocals, Violentene gives you its new ode to innocence lost. Roland brings an early 80s synth and new wave influence from Japan, Gary Numan, and Cocteau Twins and the guitar shimmer of Johnny Marr and Robert Smith to the mix, while Dani Mari wraps her bittersweet vocals around warm, breathy tones.
