White Lies Announce New LP 'Five', Stream New Single "Time To Give"

London indie/post punk trio White Lies have announced the release of their fifth studio album 'Five'.

The follow-up to 2016's Friends, sees the trio scaling new creative heights with re-energised confidence, it was produced by Ed Buller (Suede, Boo Radleys, Pulp etc) and mixed by Alan Moulder (JAMC, Ride, NIN etc), Killing Joke bassist and renowned producer, Flood, plays synth on it a bit too.

The writing and recording process took in both sides of the Atlantic, including a creative sojourn to Los Angeles. Enlisting engineer James Brown (Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters), renowned producer Flood who can also be heard contributing synths and keys on a couple of tracks. Whilst eminent Grammy Award recipient Alan Moulder (Smashing Pumpkins, Nine Inch Nails, The Killers) having worked on the band’s first two albums returns to mix the album.

The band comment: “This is a mile stone record for White Lies. It marks our decade as a band, which has pushed us to expand our sound and reach new territory artistically - it marks the start of a new and exciting chapter for us."
