New Entry: Norwell Premieres New Single "Repetition Void"

Hungarian music producer Balázs Semsei, aka Norwell, has premiered his infectious new single "Repetition Void".

The song is takenf rom this forthcoming EP ‘In Between’, released this Friday (June 5th) on the Spanish label Fanzine Records. Grab it here.

Norwell is renowned for his glitchy, celestial dance hits and drawing inspiration from obscure subgenres, such as acid Arab. His music often makes listeners reminiscent of old-school Kraftwerk as he experiments with retro soundscapes. Fans won’t be disappointed with this powerful new release, as each track bears elements of Norwell’s unique style while showing his ability to enter new territory and combine a multitude of influences.

‘Repetition Void’, is an echo chamber of hazy melancholy. A hypnotic white noise effect is conceived from the combination of a soft synth hi-hat, faint muffled vocals, and resonating analogue keys.
