New Entry: Curses Drops New Track "Together In The Dark"

Berlin-based nu-disco/house/techno producer Luca Venezia aka Curses has dropped his hypnotic new track "Together In The Dark".

The producer has taken a moody turn on the new release which he describes as follows: "Since moving to Berlin, I found myself embracing my post-punk, new wave and rock & roll roots more than ever and incorporating it into my production and sets. Together In the Dark is about the disappearance of fear in unfamiliar and uncomfortable realities and embracing new light to move forward.".

New Entry: Dama Scout Release New Single "Sugar"

Glasgow via London noise pop/alternative trio Dama Scout have released their new single "Sugar".

The song is taken from their upcoming EP 'Dama Scout', set to arrive in November 10 via Hand in Hive Records. Pre-order your copy here.

About the track, the band said: “We wrote Sugar after re-watching ‘Adam and Joe Go Tokyo’, inspired by some the exhilaratingly chaotic bands on the show.

“It is a simple song with moments of bedlam interjected throughout. We enjoy juxtapositions like ‘sugary’ sweet melodies over slightly disconcerting music. ‘Sugar’ is our humble attempt to recreate the unusual mix of music crammed into a short space of time akin to the Japanese bands that inspired it.”
