Single of the Week October 07/2013: The Death Of Pop "Tasteless"

Our new Single of the Week is "Tasteless", the brand new trippy tune by London- based janglegaze indie act The Death Of Pop. 

Produced by the band and George Abram, "Tasteless" lasts more than 7 minutes and makes some great atmosphere with trails of psychedelic lead guitar sound. The single is available now through Bandcamp.

The band have just shared the video for the song, featuring a slight blur effect and psychedelic images of the band performing the song and a naked woman walking slowly toward the sea. Although, the song itself generates psychedelic images in your mind.

Watch: The Polyphonic Spree Reveal "Blurry Up The Lines" Video

Texas-based psych pop rock supergroup The Polyphonic Spree have revealed the video for "Blurry Up The Lines", another cut taken from their latest album Yes, It's True, out via Good Records.

This is the sixth track off of the album to get the visual treatment following "You Don't Know Me" and "Let Them Be", "Popular By Design", "Raise Your Head", and most recently "What Would You Do?".

About the video, lead singer Tim DeLaughter said: "'Blurry' has the power to 'blurry up the lines'. It will empower you to breakaway from the line and become what you desire. This is a gift from me to you. Please handle with care".

It was directed by Rocco Guarino and Bella Aptekar. Watch it below.

Watch: GROOMS Reveal Music Video For "Infinity Caller"

Brooklyn slack-pop band Grooms have revealed the video for "Infinity Caller", the title track from their recently released third studio album, available through Western Vinyl. The song is part of our current playlist.

Previously they have already shared the clip for the album's lead single "I Think We're Alone Now".

Directed by Cora Foxx, the video is a crowd-sourced collaboration with various animators.
