Watch: NNHMN Reveal Music Video For "Der Unweise"

Berlin electronic/dark ambient/experimental/synth duo NNHMN (aka Lee and Michal Laudarg) have revealed the video for their latest single Der Unweise".

The song is part of our current playlist and is taken from their album 'Shadow In The Dark',  released in December 2019 via K-Dreams. Buy it here.

"The main character here is based on the Mother Joan of the Angels (Polish: Matka Joanna od Aniołów, also known as The Devil and the Nun) from 1961 horror film on demonic possession, directed by Jerzy Kawalerowicz. The atmosphere in this music video was inspired by polaroids taken by Andrei Tarkovsky."

"Special tells the darkish story of borderline personality and the hardship in expressing love. The main character in the video is based on Nico in Philippe Garrel's movie - La Cicatrice intérieure from 1970-1972."
