Manchester psych/shoegaze band Purple Heart Parade have unleashed the video for their latest single "The Room".

The song is part of our current playlist and is taken from recent EP 'Lonestar', released earlier this month (September 7) via Club AC30. Get your copy here.

The video was recorded in the band's hometown of Manchester - at one of the city's many iconic music venues. The recording and editing was done by Liverpudlian Dan Hewitson.

Manchester psych/shoegaze band Purple Heart Parade have released their trippy new single "The Room".

The song is taken from their upcoming new EP 'Lonestar', set to Arrive on September 7 via Club AC30. Pre-order your copy here.

‘Lonestar EP’ is a sonic delight that revels in all things psychedelic, from 60s garage to 90s shoegaze, and recalls the likes of Spiritualized, Black Angels and Stone Roses. Reverb laden guitars are used to create an engulfing sea of feedback that washes over smooth melodies and slacker beats, while intense vocals are soaked in dreamlike effects that soar over effortless instrumentation.
