Stumps Announce Debut LP 'All Our Friends', Stream "I've Had Enough"

Sydney indie-rock/alt punk band Stumps have announced the release of their debut full-length album 'All Our Friends'.

The 12-track record, featuring their new single "I've Had Enough," will be out on December 4th via Cooking Vinyl. Pre-order your copy here.

All Our Friends is a genre-bending album that plays on contrast and juxtaposition. A diverse collection of songs that explore a milieu of beauty with an underbelly of addiction, depression and abuse.

If not for its lyrical weight, many of the songs soar and float into elation, yet never do the tracks feel ungrounded. There is a balancing act being performed in each song that allows humour, contemplation and joy to shine, without ever overcorrecting into obnoxiousness. It is a love letter that criticises and analyses one’s self and one’s environment, with musical expanse and determined lyricism.
