Glasgow indie rock Alligator have revealed their new single ‘Shadow By Your Side’.
About the track, James McDonald, lead singer of the band said: ‘I wrote ‘Shadow By Your Side’ because life is all about family and your mates and everything else is just shite.’
They are influenced by Iggy Pop, Clash, Lou Reed and The Beatles amongst others. They have already had their track ‘Trickle Down’ featured on the opening theme to the UEFA Champions League semi-final and will announce a UK and European October tour shortly to coincide with their debut EP release.
