Ukraine cold wave/post punk duo Cold Comfort have aired their new single "The Scent (That Gone Away)".
The song is taken from the upcoming EP 'The Submerging' due out next week Worn Pop. The record will include 4 previously unreleased tracks, which had previously been heard only a few times at concerts.
“This is probably the most unusual track of those that will be presented on the release, and first of all it concerns the rhythm section. To the broken rhythm of the drum machine and soft, but piercing melodies, we try to convey a feeling of nostalgia for days gone by and a small hope that there are still many wonderful moments ahead of us". The band explained.
