The song is taken from his upcoming EP 'Death Pop From The Black Lodge', set to be released on August 26 through isolation Records. Pre-order your copy here.
With Death Pop from The Black Lodge, Night Terrors opens the gates that conceal the irreversible void: a world of sadness, a place without hope. Revealing the harsh truth that some stories end well while others do not, Night Terrors pleads to face the inevitable: All will end eventually.
Influenced by Grave Wave and Synth Pop contemporaries, Death Pop from The Black Lodge bears a complex structure of penetrating drums and gut-wrenching bass lines. Matched to create a foundation for multiple layers of gloomy synths, Night Terrors does not shy away from delivering a melodic, at times even morbidly playful, contrast. Enticing the listener further into the void, a distinctive, cold and merciless voice unleashes lyrics that put a finger into the endlessly suppurating wound that is blind optimism.
For fans of Cold Cave, Kontravoid, The Soft Moon and Boy Harsher.

Poison Points words: This is kind of a special one for me as I’m going back to work alone on this project. As many things happened music wise on the road from the creation of Poison Point, from Post-Punk / minimal wave to Ebm and technoish vibes this one is I guess deeply close to all my influences and very personal as you might noticed if you pay attention to the lyrics or just read it as I’ll share every words for once.
Apart from the emotional talk, I’ve decided to do it as a very limited box set of screen printed items.
First reason, the vinyl situation with the pressing plant is going crazy regarding money and delay, so I’ve chosen to do something way more personal and unique.

From the band: "This song, originally by The Chameleons in 1983, is so ahead of it's time lyrically, and very appropriate for the times that we are living in now. Our version was initially released on the 2021 Stranger Times tribute album by Coitus Interruptus Productions, featuring Bestial Mouths, Sol Sirenn, and many other talented artists. Mark Burgess of The Chameleons said "Wow Escalator is GREAT". This particular version was remixed for official release in 2022 by Fuchsia and Hurley. We hope you enjoy it!"
