Wesley Eisold's Cold Cave project has unveiled the video for
"A Little Death to Laugh", the title track from his three-song 7", released last year via Heartworm Press. The song is part of our current playlist

The video was directed by Amy Lee in October 2012. Watch it below.
Yesterday (March 25), Wesley Eisold posted a message to fans on the band's official website announcing the ‘Meaningful Life‘ world tour and the release of three new singles in the coming months. The message says:
Heartworm Press will be releasing two Cold Cave singles in the coming months.
- The first 7″ is entitled ‘Black Boots‘ b/w ‘Meaningful Life.’ Pre-orders will begin for this in the next coming weeks. I’m proud to say I recently filmed a video for ‘Black Boots‘ with director Slava Tsukerman(Liquid Sky) which is being completed now. I want to thank Alexandre Plokhov of whom I am also a fan for providing my clothes for the video.
- The second release is a one song etched 7″ picture disc of ‘God Made the World.’ The digital version will be b/w the instrumental track ‘Dandelion.’ All of this new material is predominantly electronic and was written, performed and recorded by myself.
- The third pressing of ‘A Little Death To Laugh‘ 7″ will be available soon again via Heartworm Press.
Eisold also referred to Cold Cave's actual situation by stating:
"I have noticed and overheard some confusion as to what the status and future plans are for my music from people other than me. I am not under contract with a record label now. I’m happy with my new music that I’m making alone now. I am happy to have the opportunity to continue releasing songs and singles to you as I choose without being concerned with conventions for now. I am working on an album but I am always working on an album and have yet to decide when or who will release it.
There's more to share soon. Dates, releases. etc. For now, know my heart is extended to you for whom I do this for."
