Speaking about it, Roosevelt said: “Feels Right” is about a "feeling of stoic empowerment. When I wrote the song, it began with an ESG-influenced funk loop, which even in its rawest form had something very euphoric and playful. It’s definitely one of the songs on the album that came together really easily - one of these where the song dictates which direction to go rather than you overthinking it for weeks.”

“It felt incredibly liberating to realize that I’m in a position now to go to the studio everyday and just do the music that feels right,” Lauber says in a statement. “In this respect, Polydans is my most personal album yet, as there hasn’t been any creative limitations – I just did what made me happy.”

Cologne based electro-pop singer, songwriter and producer Marius Lauber aka Roosevelt, has announced the release of his sophomore album titled 'Young Romance'.
The follow up to his celebrated 2016 debut album Roosevelt, will be out on September 28 via Greco-Roman / City Slang, and sees the 27-year old producer embracing a newfound love for bigger, bolder pop songs. Marius traveled to Los Angeles where he worked on completing his demos which was later mixed, again, by Chris Coady (Beach House, Grizzly Bear) in his studio in LA.
