The band say they are influenced by a lot of 60s and post-punk, naming The 13th Floor Elevators, The Stooges and Television as some good examples. This is evident in the grittiness of "Desert", underlined by repetitive, slow-building guitar riffs, reminiscent of Television's "Friction".
In their words: "We love music that's primal and menacing, anything twisted with a touch of evil."
