London psych pop band Never Never Man have shared a teaser for their next single "The Fallen" (our future Single of the Week).
Never Never Man bring their brand of Scuzzy noise pop out of the warehouses and to the masses. With a sound reminiscent of classic 60s pop group vocals sat on top of shoegaze guitars and clever drums (picture the Beatles fronting Sonic Youth) this is something for ever class and creed to enjoy.
The band will release their debut EP on 25th April for Record Store Day, and the new single will be out in March.
Watch a teaser below.
You can catch the band live supporting label mates Ragmans Daughter on the 12th March for their single launch party at Paper Dress Vintage (find out more here Sheeple Single Launch Party).
Electronic icons Underworld have unleashed their 15-minute sick tune "Soniamode", Part 5 of Episode 2, of their #DRIFT series.
Drift is an ongoing experiment that will regularly publish new Underworld material – music, film, stories, etc – via the band’s official website.
A voice chants with the innocent menace of a 50’s playground rhyme, carried along by the tumbling celebration of a brass band playing Glitch as it hot steps through the streets of New Orleans.
“Louisiana on my honeymoon in 1987. April Fools’ day in Essex 2015. Last Sunday in my studio. Last Monday Karl in his studio. Tuesday morning in my studio. Tuesday afternoon uploaded the track. Is this one finished…? No but it’s coming out anyway… I wonder if Sons Of Kemet would collaborate on a version with us? Have you ever watched Treme?” – Rick
