Shed Seven Announce New Album And 2017 Tour

UK britpop legends Shed Seven have announced the release of their first studio album in 16 years to coincide with our biggest UK tour ever.

The band's last proper studio album was Truth Be Told, released in 2001.

The as-yet-untitled new album can be pre-ordered via their website now, and for those who purchase before 4pm on Wednesday 22nd February you will be given access to purchase exclusive pre-sale tour tickets.

Speaking of the new album, Shed Seven frontman Rick Witter said via YouTube: "We’ve spent the last two years writing and secretly demoing and have more than an album’s worth of material that we can’t wait to share with you.

"We feel that now is the right time to share these with you. We’re looking forward to ‘#Shedcember2017’ where it will be business as usual; you’ll get to hear all the songs you rightly should expect to hear but this time with a light sprinkling of new music to top it all off."

Below, re-visit the band's music video for their classic track "She Left Me On Friday".
