The track follows the band's debut single "Into Yesterday", and it's another intense, rolling piece of psych gaze, you can hear echoes of British shoegaze in it's prime, but Lights Go Out propels on it's own journey with sufficient energy and grace.

The band are set to release their debut EP this Winter via Soliti.

The self directed clip for Lights Go Out finds the five piece band hanging and looking very rock n roll in various parts of Helsinki's Kallio district before hitting the stage. It's a fun clip.

New Entry: Temples Premiere New Single "Certainty"

London's neo-psych band Temples have premiered their brand new single "Certainty"

This is the band's first new single since their critically acclaimed 2014 debut album 'Sun Structures.'

Frontman James Bagshaw who produced the single describes it:

“When writing the melody for ‘Certainty,’ I wanted to create something with almost an eerie, early Disney vibe, something playful and harmonious, but with a dark twist. Producing the song was as much about layering as it was about sparseness -- the verses needed to reveal the thumping motion of the bass and the reflective lyrics, and the melody had to be paired with the right ambience. The chorus was approached in an opposite way, layer after layer, thickening the sound. There’s a blend between moog bass, and actual bass, and the song switches between synthetic and analogue sounds throughout. The guitar mirrors the synth, and visa versa.”

New Entry: TOY Release "I'm Still Believing - C.O.A-M Remix"

London-based indie rock/psychedelic rock band TOY have released the Cavern of Anti-Matter remix of their newest single "I'm Still Believing".

"When I got the offer of a new TOY song to remix I immediately chose the track "I'm Still Believing". It's a great pop song and I really love the vocals. I wanted to keep the feel and flow of the song, the catchy melody and synth hook, but I also wanted to change the density and texture of the track; extend it beyond its three minute length and take it to some unknown places. Maybe I was expected to do a krautrock-y kind of mix, but it would have been silly to force that on a wonderful slice of British pop." - Tim Gane (Stereolab / Cavern Of Anti-Matter)
